Banda norte-americana de Santa Monica, Califórnia. consiste em um projeto que reúne alguns dos maiores nomes do Hard Rock atual; Gisa Vatcky (Bandage), Tommy Denander (Radioactive/Prisoner), Fabrizio Grossi (Glenn Hughes/Steve Vai), Jamie Teramo (Riot/Yngwie Malmsteen) e John Macaluso (Ark), mais a participação do vocalista do Helloween, Michael Kiske, na faixa "Breathe in Water". O álbum em si possui uma bela melodia e é bastante leve em sua maioria, com faixas que oscilam entre passagens melódicas e de relativo peso. Mesmo possuindo uma sonoridade bastante acessível, a banda apresenta um trabalho bem elaborado e de maturidade sonora.
